Local hotel/guiding discount package for KWA clients!
- This luxurious apartment-hotel ("Certificate for Quality in Tourism") is situated in La Paz, an up-market area overlooking Puerto de la Cruz (see Puerto de la Cruz page).
- The spacious en suite studios have a fridge, microwave and cooking facilities (but no kettle!).
- Apartments have separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with oven, diner/lounge with double-folding settee.
- It has one of the best pools in Puerto - 25 metres, outdoor and heated to 25-27 C.. The surrounding sub tropical gardens are an oasis of peace.
- There are two tennis courts (bring own rackets), with lighting and two table tennis tables for people having surplus energy after a day's walking.
- All studios/apartments are furbished to the highest standard.
- Cooked breakfast and evening meals are extensive buffets.
- We had over one hundred enthusiastically- favourable comments from people who stayed here last year but the biggest recommendation must surely be that we live in here for six months of the year!.

UK sterling prices are set at 1.25€/£. If the rate changes by more than 5%( up or down) two weeks before your arrival,
a re- calculation will be made.

Any nights extending into the next period will be charged at that appropriate rate. A revised quote will be given.
*Half-Board- add just £51.52p.(64.4€) per person per week. Buffet service-five courses.
Evening meal is 12€ per person, per night on an ad hoc basis. We supply a list of recommended restaurants if you prefer a variety of cuisine.
Transfer from/to Tenerife Airports available-. Airport South-Puerto 60€(£48) each way, for up to 4 persons. Airport North-Puerto 30€(£24) each way, for up to 4 persons. Local bus transport and Group transfers also available-enquire.
The Guided Walking
- We are Tenerife-registered British guides, now in our fifteenth season of Warm-Winter walks programme (Nov.-April). Not only do we have over fifty walk routes but also a wealth of knowledge about the island's geology, flora and fauna, and its history ( see Walkers' Information).
- Our walks take place on Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, using a private coach with professional driver to take us quickly and smoothly to any of the four main walking areas, about one hour from Puerto ( see Walks Programme pages).
- On Sundays, in addition to our four walks package, a fifth walk option, up the Masca Gorge is available, subject to minimum numbers. Enquire on arrival. There is also a Sunday stroll along the coast in aid of the San Lazaro Home for children with cerebral palsy. Both walks are payable locally, in euros.
- Group discounts available-please enquire. Staying for a two or three week holiday? No problem, all the walks will be different!

Remember your Holiday insurance cover (check to see if there are any mountain walking height limitations as we occasionally walk up to 8,500 ft. in the National Park) and European Health card.
