A whole new walking experience...
Hello, we're Stan and Eve, a husband-wife cum business-partnership team. We have extensive mountain walking experience, over 40 years throughout Europe, in most conditions. We discovered Northern Tenerife quite by chance, over seventeen years ago, and have returned every year since then to assist others (hopefully yourself) to appreciate and enjoy the walking, unique to this island. 
After our initial amazement at the wonderful winter weather, the fantastic walking, the terrific scenery, and the idyllic nature of the unspoilt countryside, we began to examine our fellow walkers. Perhaps once a year we met an English couple, yet we met many European walkers. Why no English?
The answer eventually dawned. The English know Tenerife as the sun-worshipping isle of the South. The active ski in winter, the active walkers either wait for spring or take a chance late November or early March in places like Mallorca, Madiera, Malta or Greece. Like us, in earlier years, they had not got round to checking out Northern Tenerife.
We set out to change the image of Northern Tenerife. We have now published many articles about walking, in newspapers, radio, magazines and walkers' newsletters. (Do let us know if you would like an article for your group). With the birth of our website the image began to change. Walkers are now giving Northern Tenerife serious consideration.
Our aim is to show you the best walks on the island, at a comfortable pace at about 2 miles an hour - holiday walking, and to send you home fitter than you came and longing to return. Some of our walkers have return, every year due to the great variety of the landscape and the ideal walking weather. We love this island and want to reveal its wonderful variety of landscape, its flora and some of its amazing history. We're thinking of adding a warning to our literature "Beware, Northern Tenerife could become addictive."
Our main clients are discerning singles, couples who wish to to walk in groups and learn something about the island. We also guide many of the major walking groups, separately if necessary - Ramblers Association, U3A, Holiday Fellowship as well as Affiliated Groups of Ramblers. Special discounts for accommodation / guiding / tailor made walks, if you can bring a group. You will find a welcome whether you are on your own, a couple, or a group. We look forward to meeting you in due course. Our experience of walkers over the last fifteen years has been wonderful. We think it's something to do with the type of people who walk, and in groups in particular, - friendly, outgoing, a common interest, considerate, sympathetic to those around them, so that the groups always "gel" whatever the experiences of the walker.
